[DeTomaso] NPC - Matt LeBlanc joins BBC's 'Top Gear' as host

Matt was also a member of POCA for a short time.  He never joined  under 
his own name and address, but used a member of his staff (probably a  
publicist).  He was scheduled to attend the Fun Rally in Vegas one year but  I don't 
believe he showed up.  His car was black.  Bob Reid
