When you book your room through the POCA links you not only get the $20  
resort waived and a cancelable reservation up to 48 hours before your 
scheduled  arrival, but you also help POCA by indicating that you are part of the 
group,  therefore help in further negotiations with the facility.  The larger

their  room rate is $180/night for the same dates. On Booking.com and
other  resellers you can get it for $152/night.
