Stephen, thank you for saying what I was about to say.

If folks want to continue to rant about this, do the courteous thing, do it
offline and don't burden the rest of the world with a subject that the BOD
will hopefully sort out and do the right thing, putting personality
conflicts aside and implementing the needed changes to improve the club.
