[DeTomaso] Anybody know why the POCA general meeting last night did not occur?

Another issue may be if Michael stays with the club, does he then become past President and still has a seat on the Board??

 of a healthy club.

 into the bylaws.  It should include the
 conditions, a BOD vote, a term -
 like banned
 for X years, and maybe banned from elections for X years
