[DeTomaso] Anybody know why the POCA general meeting last night did not occur?

Another issue may be if Michael stays with the club, does he then become past President and still has a seat on the Board??

I think a ban is the sign
of a healthy club.
It¹s no
different than having a bouncer throw someone out of a club
when
they cause problems.
I don¹t know about the ³for
life² part, though. The ban should be written
into the bylaws. It should include the
conditions, a BOD vote, a term -
like banned
for X years, and maybe banned from elections for X years
vs.
banned as a member.
