Hi Fred,

I just had a similar problem with a motorcycle tach. I took it apart to look
for bad connections. Everything looked good including the small cricket
board. I took my soldering iron and touched it to every point on the cricket
board and it started to work fine.

Subject: [DeTomaso] Tach Question

Sometimes, when I start '72 Pantera, the tach doesn't work. If I tap the
glass on the front of the tach, it starts working. Any ideas? Please
