[DeTomaso] Engine Block FS

Asa Jay,
It's a 4-bolt main block (now). All 351c blocks have the 4-bolt
provisions. This block started as a 2-bolt, and having some 4-bolt main
caps from a blown block, I had the block machined and tapped and the mains
align honed. It didn't luckily require align boring. It was align honed
with ARP main studs, which are included.
