Yes, I am one of the admins. It’s pretty seamless and easy to use.
And yes, it’s an email forum. If you join, you get emails from the list, just like the Detomaso forum detomaso at poca.com

Ours is called scpoca at yahoogroups.com

Piece of cake to join. Link is on our website.
You request, one of us confirms and you’re in.

Mr. Shortt is a member, as well, so he can attest to whether it works worth a sh*t or not.
