[DeTomaso] Email Forum Opportunity

The By-Laws provide a way for the members to petition the Board and I don't
think it takes too many of them to do so. Check the By-Laws. It's one of
the things I slipped in when we redid the changes to Art X last year. Put
in just for these sorts of things! Power to the people! 😇
