[DeTomaso] Metric Fasteners

Reminds me of when I lived in Capetown, South Africa, back in the late 70's.  They had recently enacted legislation requiring the country to go metric.  Which translated to a couple of amusing situations.  When I was heading back to the US my friends all wanted to buy my inch tape measures.  And, a parts shop that I frequented had liquidated their inventory of SAE wrenches - I got sets of top quality German wrenches for peanuts!  Gotta love legislation.

Many US companies has already found out the superiority of the metric system, like Ford. 😱

I don't know if they are completely metric but the 1990:s EFI I used as the basis for my EFI conversion is all metric.
