One good turn deserves another.  I added to Joseph's spreadsheet a listing of tires available from TireRack along with their speed ratings and if they would mount on a 7", 8", or 10" rim.  Page 2 of the 3 has speed rating MPHs.  Place Page 3 to the right of Page 1 to align the rows.

 

Gray boxes are either too small for Campis or not available.  TireRack notices when you do excessive searches and locks you out after a while. It took 5 sessions to get all of this.
