I looked at this guys parts yesterday, came away with a pair of arm rests and a set of engine covers.  He still has a pair of heads, a crank, a radiator (that looks to be in either new or freshly rebuilt shape - not aluminum), side shields for radiator, and a pair of fans, a carb and an inlet manifold.
