[DeTomaso] Ford Performance 351C

That is a Windsor architecture block with 351C diameter (2.75") main
bearings.  Most Windsor race blocks use the smaller Cleveland mains and
some even use 302 SBF mains.

Those are TFS (Trick Flow Specialties) heads.  They are all 2V port
locations and are available in three intake port volumes (190, 195, 225),
three chamber volumes (60, 62, 72 ccs) and three spring packages (suitable
for flat tappet, hydraulic roller, solid roller) .  They have been out for
quite a while, along with matching single plane and EFI intake manifolds.
We did a 408C build for Torben Thøsing back in 2012 using the larger port
version (225cc CNC ported) and they performed quite well, especially
considering the low 2V port location.
