It's a kit car called the "Scorpion" from Automotive Concept and Design.http://pisafierohq.com/rebody_kits/scorpion/

To call it a "DeTomaso" or "DeTomaso styled" is just plain fraudulent misrepresentation.  DeTomaso had absolutely nothing to do with this kit car.
