[DeTomaso] Cylinder Heads leaking

A good compression test should result in only about 15% difference between
cylinders.
What you have is not good.
You really should run this test with the engine at operating temp.
All rockers need to in.
All spark plugs need to be out and the battery be charged or real healthy
as crank speed will effect the readings.
Leave a charged attached during the test is a good idea.
You only need to crank each cylinder 5 or 6 times.
Note the reading at each revolution, the first revolution will be highest.
For the lowest cylinders, pour in ~ 1 tablespoon of oil, turn the engine
over 2 revs or so to distribute the oil.
Run another compression test on that one cylinder.
If that results in a much higher reading, the rings / bore / piston is bad.

A A A I tried pumping air into 7 and 8 spark plug holes and both
     I can
     A A hear
A A A air leaking.A I have all my rockers removed on that side
     so all the
     A A A valves should be closed.A I've tried a few different types
     of
     A A gaskets
A A A but buying the CHI specific ones seemed to be the best
     approach.
     A A They
A A A fit perfect so I hoped my valve seals were the problem
     especially
     A A since
A A A there is a lot of blue smoke on startup after the car has
     been
A A A sitting awhile.A I re torqued the heads thinking the air
     leak could
     A A A only be either the valves or a leaking head gasket.A I
     have no signs
     A A A of coolant in my oil.A Maybe I have multiple problems ?

A A A I just buy a roll of gasket material and cut my own. Never
     any leaks
     A A A and easy to do.
