[DeTomaso] Does the Factory Manual cover replaceing the Control Arm Bushings?

Thanks Joe.
In my experience, the main effort is cutting, grinding, or?? an outer flange off the outer sleeve of the control arm bushing. You can use a hole saw to easily cut the rubber and get the guts out, but that leaves the outer sleeve with flanges on the outside of the control arm ends. You need to expose the surface of the control are under the flange to have something to push against to push out the sleeve without damaging the control arm.
The manual seems to assume you have some way to hold the control arm and press out the bushing from the inside, so you don't have to remove the flange?

The Ford Service manual does not have much. Attached is cut/paste sections.
When (or IF) I ever get time, I wanted to "rent" an Aarm bushing removal/installation Kit from local auto parts store and see if it has the brackets needed to press these bushings out.

I can't find my manual and am wondering if it covers removing the bushings? I have read the great articles on Pantera Place, but wondered if Ford had a different way? It's hard to believe that they intended you to have to cut or grind off the flanges on the outside edges before pressing the outer sleeves out? Did Ford assume that the bushings would never be replaced?
