[DeTomaso] Electronic Delivery of newsletters / Profiles

It seems to me that POCA has a problem with having too much money.

Time is probably better spent trying to find ways to improve benefits.

Here¹s one.  Provide all of the Profiles and newsletters on the website
(members only), whether they are also mailed or not.
