[DeTomaso] Warning actual Pantera content - Chip Foose Pantera at SEMA

This is one of those times where a person should be made an honorary member of POCA and not be charged for that membership. Those honorary memberships should give be given to people like Foose and Tom Tjaarda and the like. Foose can do a lot more for us than POCA can for him.
