Mikael,
Thanks, you answered my question as to why you are here?

I mentioned the PI Forum, and somebody with too much time on his hands and not a whole lot of tolerance for different POVs immediately wrote "then why don't you go there". My point was that it's a superior tool, and I've used it for years. I've now stopped using it except for tour updates. For technical advice I've given up on PI Forum, because of two "contributors" in there that seems to reply to every post and IMO haven't got a clue what they're talking about. Sometimes they give advice to newcomers that's simply dangerous. So I try to get my tech help here instead where people are more qualified and only post if they actually know what they're talking about.
So my dream is of course: PI Forum like tool for the people on this list. I have a dream...

Why would POCA bother doing that since PI already has one. It *has dominant
market share (*if you are in business you should understand why this is
important,) is available to everyone, and has many people that are not on
the POCA email list. If POCA were to do it, it would never have the
ownership coverage of the PI site and as a result would never be very
successful. POCA would be better off - and so would the DeTomaso community
- if they embraced the PI site, maybe even help promote it and provide some
financial assistance in the form of some sort of partnership.
As a matter of historical note, there was a proper PI style forum on the
POCA website several years ago. It had no traction with members and was
hardly ever used - a total failure.
