              I have tried to reply to you twice and both times your email
server's anti spam software plucked out my messages.  The forum is the only
way that I can contact you.  I suspect that the Survey Monkey email ballot
link has probably met the same fate.   I do not know how to fix this.  I
suggest that you contact Ed Mendez and see if there may be a solution, but I
think the main problem is with your email server.


              The master membership list shows only you as a member and no
associate member listed.  Sorry.
