As most of you know, I served as President of POCA for two terms.  I 
endorse Judy McCartney for Membership Chairman.

Few have dedicated themselves so thoroughly to POCA.  POCA has been more 
than a hobby to Judy; along with her family, it is a love of her life.  
While she seldom seeks the limelight, she works hard behind the scenes 
keeping the machine running.  She and I worked on several initiatives 
that restored POCA's membership after a difficult period in its 
history.  I have no doubt that she can effectively support a new 
President's membership recruitment initiatives as she did mine.

We are fortunate to have two good candidates for the position.  I worked 
with Kathy Buckman at the 2015 LoneStar Fun Rally and got a sense of her 
hardworking spirit.  I hope that she will run again in the future.
