Bravo! If the owner can get a title for it that would be best but you may
be able to get a bonded title with a fair number of records and an
inspection.
I really like the idea of a post-apocalyptic Pantera (before this latest
film but after the first 3) and once you have the pan set up right it's
still some work to get the inner and outer fenders presentable and
structurally sound. Then you have your choice of drivetrains. Maybe put a
FWD motor in sideways and run a shaft to a rear differential and a front
differential for an AWD Pantera? Scavenge the front suspension and brakes
from a nice FWD car. Maybe a turbo Mitsubishi to handle the power. Then
drop the seats and a roll cage in there and...
It still sounds like a lot of work. You sure you don't already have enough
projects?
