[DeTomaso] Side Mirror Question / Recommendation

Hi All - 
Two part question - 
1) Is this the side mirror that many of y'all have used?  1967-1968 Mustang:

2) What might you recommend for a 1974 - the current mirrors installed HAVE to go :-)  (see attached)
