[DeTomaso] [SCPOCA] The list

Kirby,
Okay, so for those who don't run with this outfit, what is 'the red group'? Is that the most advanced group? Do passengers have to wear full nomex etc or will a simple long pants and long sleeves and a helmet suffice, or are shorts and T shirts okay?
Nothing is intuitively obvious about this. I participate in track days with numerous organizations and all are different. The Golden Gate Lotus Club, for instance, is very liberal and will let first time drivers take passengers with just a helmet--shorts and t shirts are fine. At the other end of the spectrum, some organizations prohibit passengers completely.
Trying to figure out where this outfit lies on the spectrum, to determine if its worthwhile to schlep a couple of helmets halfway across the country, or not?
