As another data point, I just got my bill today as well.  Two Panteras and a Porsche boxster, agreed value of $150k across all 3 - $737 / year.  
Town & Country Insurance Services, Inc.DBA: Hot Rod Insurance Services, Inc.“Affiliated with Pacific Interstate Insurance Brokers”
in California.
