Dear Julian,


                  Over twenty years ago, I had squeaky poly bushings. 
They were PPC.  Back in the Plesitocene era, poly bushing were put in 
with stone tools and no lubricant.  It was not known.   Then, it was 
discovered that they squeaked.

                   After I installed some zerk fittings and greased 
them, the squeak is gone.  I remember to re-grease about once every 2-3 
years.  No squeaking in the modern era.

PS: I think the squeaking poly bushing problem is overblown in this day 
and time......
