Mine are Dennis' too, after I wrote there was a flickering memory of something about Dennis using a hexagonal internal shape to the bushings with the steel insert being hexagonal to round for the bolt, I wonder if this is the differentiator?

Same for me, mine don¹t squeak either.  They came from PPC in Castle Rock.
I followed Dennis¹ instructions, whatever they were, it was more than 10
years ago now.

   This begs the question are all the vendors polyurethane offerings the
   same? I have poly bushing and can't remember when I last greased
   everything, but never had any squeaks.
