Have the same problem since I have bought #5891 back in 2012. would give a lot of bavarian hofbäuhaus beer for a solution. have replaced alternator, regulator and have placed a shunt already. no change. needle is fluttering at low revs (not at idle and not at higher revs but only between 1500 and 2500 rpm when pushing the throttle gently). wolfgang
