We use Chatterbox for DE events.

My unit is 10 years old and I need to occasionally replace parts. 

The newer models have been converted to standard phone type jacks instead of
their legacy proprietary DIN connectors.

There are a lot of options, but Chatterbox is pretty much everywhere these
days.
