[DeTomaso] ignition switch/lock question

On a later car, it lives next to the headlight relays etc beside the drivers left calf. 
Not sure if they exist on early cars with all that sort of stuff in the rightside footwell.
Even they're not disconnected they often fail due to arcing on the internal contacts. It's just how they work.
