important issue.  

Sometimes it is easier to ignore bs than to answer it.  That's why God made

Marshall and all,      Delivery of the newsletters is done by USPS bulk
mail, which has the lowest priority in their system. 
   Sometimes I receive my newsletter by the first of the month & sometime
the 10th of the month or very rarely even later. All out of the control of
POCA.  ( received mine over a week ago )
   The by-laws change issue IS still an important thing, whether you receive
your newsletter on the 3rd or the 15th. To suggest that the issue is less
important because of slow U S Postal delivery is ridiculous. 
    POCA needs the membership to vote their conscience on this initiative.
