[DeTomaso] Most recent newsletter

Marshall and all,      Delivery of the newsletters is done by USPS bulk mail, which has the lowest priority in their system. 
   Sometimes I receive my newsletter by the first of the month & sometime the 10th of the month or very rarely even later. All out of the control of POCA.  ( received mine over a week ago )
   The by-laws change issue IS still an important thing, whether you receive your newsletter on the 3rd or the 15th. To suggest that the issue is less important because of slow U S Postal delivery is ridiculous. 
    POCA needs the membership to vote their conscience on this initiative.
