All, I got installed :-).   Appreciate the help offers Mike and Andy!   Hope to be driving it tomorrow without worries about loosening ring gear bolts!  Mike

Thanks for the quick reply.  I didn't need to change the clutch.  It was not removed.....only the ZF so not sure how a clutch alignment tool would help if the clutch was not touched in the process.  I think I just need to keep trying to align the teeth....rotationally vs the alignment. Make sense?  Thanks, Mike

You really do need a clutch alignment tool like this one.
