I was not able to attend due to work obligations, but I have always been of
the same thought.
I am trying to establish, take over a chapter that will include the SE USA
and as a part would be willing to host a rally in Savannah, Ga. Lots to
offer here, racetracks, hospitality, sightseeing, great food, lots of hotel
space and volunteers.

We should have more than one Rally per year and in more than one
location. It is silly that there is no Rally on the east coast.
Rallys are a lot of work to produce and the chapter shouldn't have
     to share profits.
For our Rally, POCA made it more difficult to produce than if we had
done it ourselves. That won't happen again!
