[DeTomaso] hood fitment between years?

That is not my recollection.  I had bought a fiberglass hood to modify for large radiator duct and sold the original uncut early 72 metal hood to Richard because he couldn't find one that was a good fit to his 71.  The early 72 hood fit really well.  I'll call Richard and ask if he doesn't respond soon.  I guess this could be a random car to car fit issue, but at the time, we believed it was a different between 71 and early 72, and later cars.

I think Richard was trying to fit a GT5 hood to his '71. That proved problematic. But I am fairly sure the '71-74 hoods are the same. They were all made from stampings, after all...
