It should smell like 'Coke', at least mine does without any additive, although she is running a bit rich!
Besides 'Coke' evokes the Pantera spirit; "it's the real thing", "you can't beat the feeling" & for Charlie "Déstapa la felicidad"
I think you and Thomas hit the pop too hard and as for Summit Racing; that about "Sums it Up Racing"!

Subject: [DeTomaso] Help needed
Hi All
Hanging out in Tomas Gunnarsson’s until tomorrow when we head for the
Scandinavian DeTomaso Meeting. We’ve had a beer or three, and I need the
help of the forum to decide which of these products is most appropriate for
the upcoming tour.
http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/plu-19769-32
http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/plu-19769-19
http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/plu-19769-44
etc etc… Summit racing has fuel additive to make your exhaust smell, well,
not like an exhaust. From their catalog, which is how this got started:
“Why deal with nauseous exhaust fumes from your race vehicle when you could
be sniffing root beer, pina colada, or bubble gum instead”?
So what should the exhaust of a Pantera smell like? “Groovy grape”, “cherry
bomb”, Bubble gum, Piña Colada, Cotton Candy, or “burn-out blueberry”?
Does anyone have any first hand experience with these products who could
steer us in the right direction? Sometimes it is so hard to know what to do…
Thanks all!
