[DeTomaso] Earliest known Pantera

Interesting to know my 1488 was a mere 106 after the last pushbutton.  Did
the switch from pushbutton also correspond to the Ford introducing mass
prodction panel stamping?  What is the general consensus on when fitment
was better/worse?
