[DeTomaso] GT-40 Pantera

Dear Marshall,


               Ah, the vagarities and idiosyncrasies of the United 
States Postal Service.   You recall the most recent bylaws vote.   I was 
the official to count the votes and I never received the Newsletter with 
the bylaw ballot.  Jack DeRyke went the extra mile and mailed me one. 
I received mine *weeks* late and never received the original mailing. 
I can see how it would be late to get one here in the boondocks, but in 
SanDiego???   I dunno.
