[DeTomaso] FW: By-Laws Voting

Dear Julian,


             Yes, I just got one,too.   I haven't "used" it yet.   I do 
*not* know what it is about other than By Laws Voting, which I is done, 
although I have heard that another vote is in the offing.   I am in the 
dark on this.
