Julian,
The brackets are done to use these on the billet carriers make by Saco Performance. Boyd has these carriers and 996 Turbo calipers, and the Viper (Brembo) calipers are a very good fit.

The Viper calipers are a mechanical, I'm still not sure what you are
looking for, a vendor kit? I don't think that exists, you'll probably
have to fabricate a mounting bracket and something that mates the
existing Pantera cable with the viper caliper actuator. It shouldn't be
too hard if you have parts in hand and there are a lot of custom cable
fabricators out there if need be.
A drift brake is something quite different as it is usually part of the
hydraulic circuit i.e.e a hydraulic handbrake Are you now planning on
entering drifting competition with your Pantera?

Ken,
I am looking for a way to use the brembro e-brake that that came with the
viper and can be used in such a way that it will stop the car and hold
the car so that it is in compliance with all the governing bodies that
sanction racing bodies. In a nut shell . An e brake that will actually
stop the car.. Ideally with a long handle it would work like a dirft brake.
( this would be in a perfect world (of course)
