Sweden used to have some silly fees, but eliminated them many years ago.

It is basically just 10% customs and 25% sales tax now, plus some minor 
fees for registration, number plates and inspection.

And if you buy a car in the EU there will be no customs and you pay the 
sales tax in the country you buy the car, which likely has less sales tax.

Norway also has some silly car tax, which runs around 100% extra IIRC.
