My take on it from the perspective of 81 years: When  you feel that life is 
getting pretty rough, just look around  a little bit. You will not have to 
wait very long until you see someone who  has it a hell of a lot rougher 
than you do.
 
Be happy you are alive.
 
The main  thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.
Do the best you can with what  your have where you are.
