I remember at about 18, my 10 yr older brother told me that I would not live to 21. I fooled him, I just turned 72.

  Sean,
Although aging does bringA  a long list of problems I'm not sure your
particular problem is necessarily "age related".
Often times allergic reactions occur or develop when one formerly had
  none
associated with contactA  to the same items or conditions. It may also
  be
that recent changes in some of the chemical composition of oil, gas and
other substances used in automotive applications have changed.A  I
  would
suggest (if I may) that a consultation with a Dermatologist and or an
Allergist / Immunologist may help you identify more specifically the
  source
of your problem and besides possibly finding a remedy you may find it
  is
not related to the aging process.
  Sincerely,
  Boyd
