A battery Jr is a .75 amp charger and a battery tender plus is,a 1.25 amp
charger. I misspoke earlier, I use the Plus models. They look very
different, the jr. Is like a wall plug thing and the plus looks like old
old model train power transformer.

Yes and no. If you connect two batteries in parallel, one with 90%
of
its charge left, one with 10% left, they will not receive an equal
amount of current. The battery with the lower charge will get the
majority and as it builds up its charge the current will shift away
from
it to the battery with higher charge. Eventually it will hopefully
even
out but with batteries in parallel you will not get all of them
fully
charged. This is probably not a major issue but good to know. If
Larry
has gotten away with charging a single 0.8 Ah battery with his 1.5 A
charger until now, charging any number of the same type batteries in
parallel won't make anything worse at least.

Couldn't you just make a sets of Battery Clamps about 16" long and
daisy
chain as many as you wanted ( knowing that the 2 amp charge of a
Battery
Tender would be divided by that number ) in a series?
1 battery gets 2 amps, 2 batteries get 1 amp, 3 batteries each get
.66
amps, 4 batteries each get .5 amps?
