 This is the first I heard of this car being wrecked when new and recently restored.  

Any more details on the wreck and the extent of damage?

   Mecum is again trying to sell the low-mileage '74 GTS that was totalled
   when new, and has only been repaired in the past few years.  They are
   somehow 'forgetting' to mention this little detail.  Somebody told me
   the reserve is something like $150K.
