[DeTomaso] Percentage of colors?

[MyCars]

Is that factory painted or as sold by dealership in the US?
I thought I heard that a large amount of cars had to be repainted in the 
US at the dealerships before 1st sale (because of poor shipping and 
handling conditions)

Is any of that true?
