[DeTomaso] Instrument Lights Upgrade

No. The dimmer becomes an on/off switch of sorts. Some folks on the PI Board have identified aim compatible LED dimmers that they've retrofitted into their cars. I find there's no need I dim them, as I like the light level from the LEDs.
