[DeTomaso] Timing primer (MSD)

Ours is fairly thoroughly modified with 10.5:1 SVO heads & flat tappet cam, and my best response comes with 16 initial & 34 total, with the vacuum advance adjusted for no ping. FWIW- J DeRyke
