[DeTomaso] Side gill studs, threaded or not?

Tomas,
The studs are threaded into the casting in the back of the gills. I've had
mine out and they are definitely threaded in and not pressed in. My car is
April 1972

 As the topic says, are the studs just threaded into the gill or are they
cast/pressed in?
