[DeTomaso] NPC Article on confiscation of imported cars

This is no longer America. What ever happened to life , liberty and the
pursuit of happiness!. You can't even import a really cool collector car.
I'm not talking about the people who "Tag" the cars, I'm referring to just
trying to buy a really cool car and import it o the US.
