[DeTomaso] Quella Adjustable Upper Rear A Arms - Installation Help

Mine are admittedly not from Quella but they use two tapered sleeves that the heim sits between to prevent binding. The sleeves are not the same taper as the oem ball joint, but tighten down into the taper to lock the bolt and heim inner race in the carrier.
